"I first met Mike Williams when my youngest son was in middle school. He came very highly recommended as a pitching coach and I was looking for someone to assist and mold my son (who had raw but undeveloped talent) into someone who would have the opportunity to play in high school and beyond. Mike developed a very strong bond with my son in no time at all. He worked with him consistently, on a weekly basis. This continued throughout middle school and high school. Mike was (and remains) always accessible to my son and our family. He has met with and worked with my son at every conceivable time. There have been times when he has met us at 9-10:00 at night or early in the morning. He has been much more than a pitching coach, he has been a mentor to my son and so many other young men.
